Job summary

Ambition Europe Limited is recruiting a Private Client Tax and Trusts Director in London. This senior role leads a portfolio of UK and international trusts for high net worth clients, families and advisers, delivering complex advisory work and strategic direction.

You will shape the trusts offering, mentor the team and drive business growth, with hybrid working and a visible leadership profile within the practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising on UK and international trusts.
• Experience in private client advisory and trust taxation.
• Ambition to lead and develop teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with trustees, beneficiaries, HNW individuals and advisers.
• Advising on complex trust taxation, structuring, succession planning and tax issues.
• Leading complex advisory projects and providing technical support on trusts.
• Overseeing trust accounting and tax compliance for complex cases.
• Acting as a senior contact for clients with high service standards.
• Developing relationships with intermediaries and growing client portfolios.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to training.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the private client practice.
