Serpentine is seeking a skilled Trusts & Foundations Manager to join our passionate Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent writer and confident fundraiser to play a key role in generating vital income that supports some of the most ambitious contemporary arts programming in the UK and beyond.

We're looking for someone with a track record in writing persuasive funding bids and donor reports, ideally within the arts or cultural sector. You'll be confident with budgets and impact evaluation, thrive on collaboration, and have a meticulous eye for detail. Most of all, you'll be driven by a belief in the power of the arts to shape a better world.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong experience writing successful trust and foundation applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of UK grant fundraising and familiarity with the arts funding landscape
• Experience managing donor relationships and using CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
• Organised, proactive, and flexible - able to juggle multiple deadlines
• A team player with a genuine passion for the arts
