Job summary

Stick ’n’ Step is seeking an experienced Grants & Trusts Fundraiser to grow our trusts and foundations income, building a sustainable pipeline and securing multi-year funding that helps children become more independent and reach their potential.

You will translate the impact of our work for funders, craft compelling grant applications, and build strategic relationships with funders, while working closely with our CEO to influence and demonstrate the difference your success makes.

• Proven track record in trusts and foundations fundraising.
• Ability to think strategically and develop a sustainable pipeline.
• Excellent writer and communicator with high-quality grant applications.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and attentive to detail.
• Compassionate, determined and passionate about making a difference.

We’re looking for an experienced Grants & Trusts Fundraiser to join our passionate team and help us take our income to the next level.

This is more than fundraising.

You’ll be responsible for developing and growing our trusts and foundations income, building a strong and sustainable pipeline and securing multi-year funding that enables us to plan for the future.

You’ll take the incredible impact of our work and bring it to life for funders — showing them exactly how their support can help children become more independent, build confidence and reach their individual potential.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, giving you real influence and the opportunity to see first‑hand the difference your successful applications make.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in trusts and foundations fundraising
• Can think strategically and develop a sustainable pipeline
• Is an excellent writer and communicator
• Can create compelling, high-quality grant applications
• Has strong influencing and relationship-building skills
