Job summary

Qualifications

• GP registered with UK GMC and licensed to practise.
• Experience in primary care settings and general practice systems.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, contemporaneous IT-based consultation notes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based patient care within hub/surgery.
• Clinically examine and assess patient needs and plan care.
• Refer patients to other services per guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain accurate health records and support safeguarding policies.
• Prescribe within scope and follow local/national guidelines.
