Job summary

The Mead Educational Trust in Leicester is seeking an expert leader to provide Trust-wide leadership for behaviour, culture and inclusive practice, strengthening provision across TMET and improving pupil outcomes. The postholder will work with executives and school leaders to set and evaluate strategy, identify barriers and build sustainable leadership capacity across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS and strong track record in school leadership.
• Significant expertise in behaviour, culture and inclusion.
• Experience working with complex and high-level behaviour.
