Job summary

Greater Manchester Academies Trust is seeking an exceptional Trust Leader of Inclusion to shape inclusion across GMAT schools. You will bring deep SEND expertise and a broad view of inclusion—attainment, attendance, behaviour, curriculum access and family partnership—to influence strategy and practice at scale.

You will collaborate with Executive Principals, Headteachers and SENDCOs to build leadership capacity, ensure high expectations, and embed inclusive practices across our Trust.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SEND and inclusion
• Ability to drive system-wide improvement across multiple schools
• Strong collaboration with executive leaders and SENDCOs

• Lead professional development and quality assurance in inclusion
