Dixons Academies Trust is seeking a teaching and learning senior leader to join a team of secondary instructional experts to rapidly improve the quality of teaching across our trust.
The post-holder will work across academies and phases, supporting leaders and teachers, ensuring instructional principles are understood, enacted with fidelity and translated into consistently strong classroom practice. Travel across the trust, with a flexible base location for the right candidate.

Rooted in the understanding of our trust's instruction principles and research-informed instruction, the post-holder will support the strategic leadership of teaching across our trust by building leader and teacher knowledge of effective instruction (rooted in evidence-informed practice), modelling classroom rigour and best practice, upskilling through instructional coaching and the planning and delivery of high-impact PD.
The post-holder will work across academies and phases, supporting ETCs through to trust leaders, ensuring that instructional principles are understood, enacted with fidelity and translated into consistently strong classroom practice.
The role will involve travel across our trust (Bradford, Leeds, Greater Manchester and Liverpool). The base location can be flexible for the right candidate.
