Job summary

The Laurus Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Performing Arts Technical Team Leader to head our team of Performing Arts Technicians and provide technical support across our schools. This role combines leadership, project management, technical expertise and creativity to support students, staff and audiences across the Trust.

This position is contracted on a 37 hours per week, offering the opportunity to lead the day-to-day PA Technician Helpdesk and coordinate the team to

• Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous.
• Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role.
