Job description

Trusts Manager, 5+ years’ experience, Worcestershire. An opportunity to join a regional and friendly law firm and support their fast-growing Private Client Department on locum basis.

Overview:

• You will have a solid background and experience in handling trust matters, including complexity levels, as well as Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and Income Tax matters.
• You will be responsible for managing trust files from inception to conclusion.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to progress client matters, ensuring compliance and completion of necessary documentation.
• Oversee trust registration processes, and prepare Trust Accounts and Estate Tax Returns.
• Support the wider Trusts team as required.
• Previous experience in a legal or accountancy background is required.
• Candidates with AAT Accounting qualification are encouraged to apply.
• Primarily office-based, with potential for hybrid working options.
