The Leaf Trust is seeking an organised HR administrator for a part-time, term-time role based at the Leaf Trust Shared Services Hub. Start date is as soon as possible; 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hours agreed within 8:30am–5:00pm.
This fixed-term position runs until 31 August 2027, with an actual pro-rata salary dependent on weeks worked and hours. You will support employee lifecycle administration, recruitment and contract preparation, working closely with the Trust HR Lead within

Location: Office based - Leaf Trust Shared Services Hub (BS30)
Hours: 30 per week (Monday to Friday - hours to be agreed within 8.30am–5.00pm), term time only including INSET days (39 weeks) plus an additional week at the end of the summer term
Salary: Grade 10, £27,709- £29,071 per annum per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £19,819.93 - £20,794.16 per annum)
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2027 pending a review of staffing requirements

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a part-time, term-time role where your skills can make a real difference? Working closely with the Trust HR Lead, you will play an integral role in delivering a high-quality and efficient HR service. You will undertake a varied range of administrative and systems-based tasks, supporting employee lifecycle administration for the central team alongside recruitment and contract preparation activities across the wider Trust.
We are looking for someone who:
Previous administrative experience is essential, while experience within HR or an educational setting would be advantageous. An NVQ or similar qualification in business administration, or a CIPD qualification, would also be beneficial. We would equally welcome applications from candidates who are willing to work towards an appropriate qualification.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
