Job summary

The Leaf Trust is seeking a Trust HR Administrator for office-based work at the Leaf Trust Shared Services Hub. This part-time, term-time role (39 weeks + an additional week) offers 30 hours per week with a fixed-term contract until 31/08/2027.

You will support HR processes, document management and recruitment activities to maintain a high-quality service. Working closely with the Trust HR Lead, you will handle employee lifecycle tasks, ensure Safer Recruitment procedures, and contribute to a

You will undertake a varied range of administrative and systems-based tasks, supporting employee lifecycle administration for the central team alongside recruitment and contract preparation activities across the wider Trust.**Qualifications and Skills**We are looking for someone who:* Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.* Is proactive, dependable and able to use their initiative.* Communicates clearly and professionally.* Can organise and prioritise their workload independently within a busy office environment.* Is comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.* Is friendly and approachable while remaining confident in following up information and ensuring that safer recruitment procedures and other agreed processes are followed.* Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.* Has a positive, customer-focused approach.* Is adaptable and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.* Understands the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.Previous administrative experience is essential, while experience within HR or an educational setting would be advantageous. An NVQ or similar qualification in business administration, or a CIPD qualification, would also be beneficial.
