Job summary

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a Trust Administrator to join the Beaminster-based Trusts team. Full training will be provided for someone with administrative or finance experience who wants to develop specialist knowledge in trust administration.

The role covers day-to-day administration, record-keeping and liaison with clients and advisers, with a clear path for professional development and long-term career prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of trust records and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisers and other third parties.
  • Support the team to progress trust matters in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their established Trusts team based in Beaminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administrative, finance or professional services background who enjoys working with figures and is looking to develop specialist knowledge in a rewarding and varied role.

Previous trust or legal experience is not essential. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with transferable skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within trust administration.

The Role

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the administration of a portfolio of trusts.
  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of trust records and documentation.
  • Processing financial transactions and assisting with trust accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Liaising with clients, professional advisers and other third parties.
  • Supporting the team to ensure trust matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
