Trusts Accountant Opportunity at Boutique Surrey Firm

Are you working within Trusts, either in Accounting or Tax, and seeking a role within a Boutique Firm that offers support to develop your Trusts knowledge?

This boutique Accounting Firm based in Surrey is looking for a Trusts Accountant to join their team and grow within the firm. This is a unique opportunity to work with Trusts and Estates, both within the UK and internationally, on a variety of Trusts issues. Having been in operation for approximately 100 years, the firm continues to grow, and this role is a key part of their growth plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with UK and International Trusts and Estates to prepare their accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Provide Tax Planning Advice to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to delegate work efficiently, ensuring high-quality service for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing new ones to support the growth of the service line.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Trusts and Estates, either from a Tax background or directly within Accounts.
  • Ability to work directly with Trusts and through Family Offices to develop strong client relationships.
  • Ideally ATT (or similar) qualified.
  • Leadership skills to supervise and guide junior team members.
