This exciting opportunity entails close collaboration with the Corporation Board and management of the Senior Management Team to develop and execute strategic and innovative plans that cater to the evolving needs of the diverse communities the college serves. Key responsibilities will include delivering the highest standards in learning, teaching and assessment, spearheading commercial strategies to ensure revenue generation, fulfilling statutory and regulatory obligations and leading the college’s digital transformation. To succeed, you must be enthusiastic about the college’s mission, values and aspirations, with the ability to inspire a dedicated team to promote a culture of continuous quality and performance improvement.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with a track record of operational and strategic excellence.
