Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a dedicated Trunk Driver to support our Home Delivery Network across the UK. You will help connect distribution centres, depots, suppliers, and partners to ensure orders reach customers safely and on time.

In this role you will load, secure, and transport goods, following safety procedures and road regulations. A strong team orientation and commitment to excellent service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A valid licence and all relevant qualifications required to operate the vehicles within our fleet.
• A strong understanding of road transport legislation, driver regulations, and compliance requirements.
• A commitment to safe, responsible, and efficient driving at all times.
• The ability to load, unload, and secure goods safely and effectively.
• Excellent customer service awareness and a passion for delivering great outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the transport vehicles safely and in accordance with road transport legislation.
• Load, unload and secure goods, ensuring proper handling and securing procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with colleagues and partners across the network.
• Collaborate with depot teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries across the UK.
