Job Introduction

Motus Commercials, located in Burton On Trent, is seeking a dedicated Regional Truck Sales Manager to join our friendly team, providing exceptional service to our customers. The role involves working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Hours to be discussed at interview.

Salary: £30K OTE £50K

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a sales environment

Main Duties
  1. Maximize sales of commercial vehicles, including Multi Support Contracts & Paccar Financial Products, to achieve profit and KPIs.
  2. Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  3. Ensure all vehicles and services meet legal, contractual, manufacturer, and customer specifications.
  4. Maintain accurate transaction records.
  5. Appraise and underwrite part exchange vehicles, ensuring proper paperwork.
  6. Utilize the demonstration fleet per company guidelines.
  7. Participate in marketing and sales activities, including evenings and weekends.
  8. Maintain high product and legislative knowledge.
