The University of Manchester is seeking a Project Manager for maternity cover to lead a gene therapy clinical trial programme. The successful candidate will manage trial operations, liaise with various stakeholders, and support future clinical trials and funding applications. This role offers a dynamic work environment with flexible arrangements.
This maternity cover position offers an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious, well-motivated project manager to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to manage and ensure the success of our gene therapy clinical trial programme.
The post holder will be responsible for overseeing trial set-up and the day-to-day running of the trial, acting as a central contact for the trial sponsor, clinical site, managing CRO, funder, and other third parties. They will also support the development of other ongoing or new clinical trials and manage the submission of future industrial funding bids and research grant applications.
