Job Title: Project Manager (Maternity Cover)

This maternity cover position offers an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious, well-motivated project manager to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to manage and ensure the success of our gene therapy clinical trial programme.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing trial set-up and the day-to-day running of the trial, acting as a central contact for the trial sponsor, clinical site, managing CRO, funder, and other third parties. They will also support the development of other ongoing or new clinical trials and manage the submission of future industrial funding bids and research grant applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, IT, and organisational skills
• Experience in a research environment, preferably in biological or medical sciences
• Experience managing clinical trials involving investigational medicinal products is advantageous
• Adherence to good clinical practice (GCP), especially in data handling and record keeping
