Job summary

University of Exeter is seeking an experienced Trial Manager for the Exeter Clinical Trials Unit, to lead and coordinate clinical trial projects from setup through close-out. The role is a full-time fixed-term maternity cover with hybrid working, and 80% FTE or greater part-time options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Extensive recent experience managing clinical trials in a GCP environment.
• Experience with both regulated and non-regulated trials desirable.
• Experience across full lifecycle from setup through to archiving.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of high quality clinical research from setup to close out.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, scientific integrity, and participant welfare.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and research partners to meet milestones.
