Victim Support in Ashford is seeking two motivated and empathetic individuals to join our Victim Care Unit as Initial Support Agents (Triage & Early Intervention Officers). The role involves speaking with people by phone from diverse backgrounds, providing empathy, support, and helping to find practical solutions.

No previous experience required as full training is provided, with ongoing support to help clients cope after trauma.

Qualifications

• Requires empathy and strong communication to support victims of crime.
• No prior experience required; robust training will be provided.

Responsibilities
