Do you enjoy assessing different situations and referring to the correct department or giving advice?

If so, we are looking for an experienced Midwife to complement our existing team of Hospital Based Triage Midwives.

Our Triage department is the first point of call for all women coming or calling into the unit.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, ambitious, kind and enthusiastic midwife to join our team who are committed to providing high quality care.

As a trust, we care for approximately 6000 births every year and cover a very diverse population. This is an exciting opportunity for midwives who are passionate about making a difference to join our team of highly skilled midwives in maternity.

We want to help you develop and enhance your skills and maximise your potential in all aspects of midwifery. We actively encourage staff development and have a fantastic clinical education team to provide our in-house, multidisciplinary professional development training. We have excellent links with local universities for post-registration development.
