Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions and monitor post-programme work.
• Provide professional supervision to Programme Facilitators and maintain service delivery integrity.
• Offer training and consultancy to staff and external organisations, including Practitioners and Court staff.
• Manage risks from people on Probation and share information with Probation Practitioners as required.
• Coordinate planning for delivering programmes, including suitability assessments and waiting lists.
• Support development of Facilitators and report under-performance to the Programme Manager.
• Oversee risk management during programme delivery and timely information exchange with Probation Practitioners.
• Contribute to updates of accredited programme manuals and ensure their implementation.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes when needed to maintain accreditation.
