We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to be the heartbeat and champion of our patient journey. You’ll guide patients from first enquiry to final smile, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident every step of the way.

This isn’t just a front facing role, it’s a strategic position that bridges care, clarity, and conversion.

What You’ll Do

• Champion an outstanding, 5 star patient experience from enquiry to completion and beyond.

• Convert leads into committed treatment plans with empathy and precision.

• Create tailored patient journeys that are clear, informed, and financially transparent.

• Manage unbooked treatment plans with proactive follow-up and care.

• Collaborate daily with clinicians, marketing, and front-of-house teams to drive tangible results.

• Capture high quality clinical records (including scans/photos) to support clinical excellence.

• Build trust, resolve concerns, and turn patients into brand advocates.
