Job summary

Invisiblebraces4u in Birmingham (IB4U) is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our Selly Oak practice on a part-time basis, weekends 9:30AM-6:30PM. You will guide patients through the journey, support with finance applications and help convert leads with a focus on patient experience.

Qualifications

• A candidate with prior experience in a Treatment Coordinator capacity is highly desirable for this position.
• We are open to candidates from a sales/lead generation background.
• Drive and ambition to progress in the dental industry.
• Confident in presenting treatment options and guiding patient decisions.
• Dentally software experience is preferred but training is provided.
• DBS checked with the right to work within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead patients through the established patient journey and drive treatment uptake.
• Book follow-up appointments, check-ins and assist with finance applications.
• Ensure excellent service quality and alignment with company targets.
• Support the wider practice team to enhance performance and skills.
• Plan and drive income targets through lead management and conversion.

Due to significant growth within the brand,Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinators to join us at our new practice in Selly Oak. You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, only a 5 minute walk from Selly Oak train station.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice
• Ensuring a smooth patient journey process, booking in follow up appointments, completing check-ins, supporting with finance applications etc
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the wider practice team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & driving income targets for the practice through the utilisation of lead management and conversion skills
• Ensuring practice & patient journey compliance

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• A candidate with prior experience in a Treatment Coordinator capacity is highly desirable for this position
• We are also open to considering applicants from candidates with a sales/lead generation background
• Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their career & industry
• Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patients a 5 star patient experience
• Be able to confidently discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
• DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
