Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking a Treatment Coordinator for the Portman Smile Clinic in Banstead. The role includes guiding patients from questions to clear treatment plans and delivering excellent care during shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The position offers an hourly rate with a bonus scheme and wellbeing support. Prior experience in patient care or sales is valued, with a caring, empathetic approach and strong communication skills.

We’ve got a vacancy at our welcoming Portman Smile Clinic practice in Banstead.

Typical shifts: Wednesday &Thursday - 08.30am - 5pm

Competitive hourly rate from: £14.50 per hour

About you

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor – we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
