Job summary

SF Partners in Coventry is seeking a Treasury Team Leader to oversee daily treasury operations and lead a small team. The role focuses on cash flow management, reconciliations and financial reporting, with a hybrid working arrangement and on-site parking.

You will collaborate with the wider finance team, drive process improvements and support month-end activities. Strong treasury/finance background required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day treasury function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, support and develop a small team, ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved.
• Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations and cash reporting.
• Monitor bank accounts, payments and cash balances.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and the wider finance team.
• Support month-end reporting and treasury-related activities.
