Job summary

JSS is seeking a Head of Treasury to establish our treasury framework, set strategy to navigate economic cycles, and oversee core activities including planning, debt issuance and liquidity management. The role offers flexible working with 2-3 days in South London office.

The position requires leadership of a treasury team, deep experience in securitisation and debt markets, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to model financial impacts and maintain Investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Treasury team including securitisation issuances, bond issuances, ALM, treasury planning, contingency funding planning, cost of funds management.
• Experience in financial services with strong knowledge of debt capital markets and regulations.
• Ability to build financial models and apply treasury knowledge.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
• A long-term strategic mindset with ability to identify future opportunities and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define, coordinate & implement treasury strategy including oversight of capital structure.
• Liquidity and financial risk management.
• Treasury controls relating to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Debt capital markets and all types of funding (e.g. Bank loan, Securitization).
• Managing an annual treasury plan outlining timings and high-level funding plan deliverables with senior management.
