Job summary

JSS is recruiting a Treasury Manager to join a UK bank's Treasury Markets team. The role focuses on supporting liquidity, funding and investment strategies, including HQLA portfolio management, with line management responsibilities.

Ideally you bring broad banking treasury experience and strong exposure to Treasury Markets, plus a proven track record in leading junior staff and delivering market analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office Treasury within a bank.
• Experience line managing or mentoring junior staff.
• Knowledge of Treasury products and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute treasury products (money markets, repo, fixed income, FX/IR swaps).
• Monitor financial markets and conduct economic analysis.
• Manage/develop front office treasury team.
• Ensure compliance with market risk policies.
• Manage HQLA portfolio.
