Job summary

Ebury London is seeking an Institutional Client Solution & Strategy Strategist to fuel the growth of our Institutional Solutions business. You will help expand our fastest growing client segment by delivering treasury products and solutions that address complex needs.

Reporting to the MD Institutional, you will define product vision, work with engineering, data, sales, risk and operations, and translate financial requirements into clear roadmaps and user stories for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives and cash management.
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks and fintech treasury systems.
• Experience building roadmaps for teams from uncertainty to clarity.
• Hands-on product leadership and ability to translate financial requirements into specifications.
• Strong communication to broad audiences and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements and epics.

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants.
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product and operations.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap; align cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Client Portfolio Management.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, Derivatives, Interest income and regional growth.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics and user stories.
• Analyze market and conduct competitor analysis to inform roadmap.
• Develop deep understanding of treasury management workflows.
