Job summary

Starling is seeking an experienced Treasury Transaction Reporting Analyst to join the London Treasury Operations team. You will maintain robust regulatory reporting controls across EMIR, MiFIR and SFTR, ensuring 100% reporting accuracy and smooth trade lifecycle management.

The role requires strong automation mindset, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Risk and Legal, and a proactive approach to regulatory change while contributing to operational excellence within a fast-moving digital

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting across EMIR, MiFIR and SFTR.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle across asset classes.
• Proven track record of stakeholder collaboration between Treasury, Finance, Risk and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory reporting & control across EMIR, MiFIR, and SFTR; resolve breaks and ensure audit trails.
• Manage full trade lifecycle and coordinate with Treasury Front Office, Finance, Risk and Legal.
• Balance BAU with regulatory change and automation projects to reduce manual risk.
