Job summary

Hampshire Trust Bank Plc is seeking a Treasury Portfolio & Execution Manager to actively manage and optimise the bank's treasury investments and derivatives portfolio. The role includes identifying, structuring, and executing repo, reverse repo, swap and FX transactions to meet liquidity, risk and return objectives.

You will work with the ALM team to optimise cash and invest surplus liquidity, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk controls.

Qualifications

• Significant treasury portfolio management experience.
• Strong understanding of fixed income and liquidity.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HQLA, LCR, NSFR).
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with portfolio systems and Excel; Bloomberg desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day treasury investment portfolio operations.
• Oversee and execute swap, FX and repo transactions.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies across asset classes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics.
• Support liquidity management, stress tests, and regulatory reporting.
