The successful candidate will manage daily responsibilities, ensuring compliance and operational controls while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires proven experience in Treasury Operations, team leadership, and a solid understanding of Treasury systems. The position is initially contract-based with potential for permanence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Treasury Operations and back-office processes for an international business.
• Team leadership experience - having mentored or directly managed before.
• A strong understanding of key Treasury controls and accounting issues.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury Operations, including deal settlements and confirmations.
• Maintain key relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary contact.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury policies and audit guidelines.
• Manage Treasury data in the Treasury Management System.
• Drive continuous improvement of Treasury processes and systems.
