Job summary

Pure Search is partnering with an international business to appoint a Treasury Operations Manager to lead day-to-day treasury operations and support the ongoing development of a high‑performing treasury function. This is a hybrid role based near the Surrey area with two office days per week.

You will manage cash positioning, forecasting, FX, banking relationships, and governance, collaborating with Finance to drive improvements and stronger reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven treasury experience within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, forecasting, liquidity, and banking operations.
• Exposure to FX and treasury controls.
• Experience with treasury systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash positioning, liquidity, payments, and banking operations.
• Own cash forecasting and treasury reporting.
• Support FX management and hedging activities.
• Maintain and develop banking and financial institution relationships.
• Oversee treasury systems, controls, and governance.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to improve processes and enhance reporting.
• Lead and develop two direct reports.
