Job summary

Vistry Services is seeking a Junior Treasury Assistant for our Kings Hill office. You will support the Treasury Manager and Treasury Assistant in daily banking operations and help drive process improvements within the Treasury Team.

You will work with regional teams and bank relationships to ensure accurate processing, timely reporting, and adherence to company values of integrity, caring and quality.

Qualifications

5 GCSEs / GCEs including Maths and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Outlook.
Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
Accurate with high attention to detail.
Experience with a finance ERP system.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Time management and discretion.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth processing and recording of daily banking operations.
Weekly cashbook reconciliation.
Process payments on banking platforms.
Bank reconciliations and month-end reconciliations.
Raise sales ledger invoices and issue daily cash reports.
Liaise with bank counterparts and regional teams.
Assist with projects to improve treasury processes.
