Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
• A-levels or equivalent.
• Desire to study ACT or accounting qualification.
• AAT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management- Booking of daily cash journals and updating weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Treasury Administration- Update and management of filing systems; obtaining authorisation of payments.
• Intercompany Loans- Upkeep of intercompany loan information and central records.
• Bank mandates- Bank mandate management and communication of information to Company Secretarial; central records upkeep.
• Hedging- Record hedge trades and maintain records; liaise with confirmations team.
• Stakeholder management- Manage relationships with Legal, CoSec, local Finance Managers, and banks.
• Trade Finance- Operation of guarantee administration process.
• Month-end accounting- Provide support to the Treasury Analyst.
• Other- Cover for Treasury Analyst and support on ad-hoc activities and projects] ,
