Job summary

Energy Saving Trust is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead cash management, forecasting and treasury controls. You will build cash flow models, identify opportunities to maximise interest and reduce FX risk, and support banking activities while line-managing up to two finance staff.

This role focuses on improving treasury processes and providing accurate, timely outputs to support informed financial decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Solid financial accounting experience.
• Experience in cash flow management, forecasting and reporting.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to support teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
• Confidence in using finance systems and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting, cash management and treasury reporting.
• Manage deposits and maximise interest generation for the organisation and client funds.
• Check and authorise payments including supplier payments, grants, loans and transfers.
• Oversee key banking tasks, mandates, security and compliance, with continuous improvements.
• Line manage up to two finance team members and ensure timely delivery of activities.
