Nigel Wright Group in Leeds is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead a high-performing treasury function as part of ongoing transformation within the finance team.

The role combines hands-on cash management, funding oversight and people leadership, overseeing a high-volume operation and delivering robust financial controls and clear reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across treasury, cash management, funding or banking operations.
• Detailed understanding of cash allocation, reconciliations, banking transactions and financial controls.
• Proven experience leading a sizeable finance, treasury, transactional or shared-services team.
• Experience working with external banking or funding partners.
• Ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining strong controls and accuracy.
• Experience managing KPIs and service levels.
• Track record of delivering process improvement, automation or operational change.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to work with senior Finance colleagues.

The Opportunity

Nigel Wright are supporting a well-established and high-performing organisation in Leeds to recruit a Treasury Manager as part of continued investment and transformation within its finance function.

This is a broad, hands-on treasury opportunity requiring a strong combination of cash management, funding expertise and people leadership. The successful candidate will lead an established team while taking ownership of a high-volume cash and funding operation.

The Role
