Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Treasury Accountant to manage cash, debt, and treasury systems to deliver efficient treasury services. You will lead system enhancements, maintain covenant schedules, and ensure accurate accounting for derivatives and day‑to‑day cash management.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with treasury management systems, and CCAB/ACT qualifications or progression toward one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing a Treasury Management System and enhancements for treasury reporting and accounting for financial derivatives.
• Experience managing bank accounts including electronic interfaces, updating bank mandates, opening new accounts and handling KYC requirements.
• Experience in preparing multi‑company daily cash flow forecasts and reporting cash positions, investing surplus cash and drawing from loan facilities for a company of similar size and complexity.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office at intermediate/advanced levels.
• Member of ACT or CCAB qualified accountant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding operational treasury service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep the Treasury Management System up to date to manage the group’s debt portfolio.
• Lead enhancements to the Treasury Management System to improve reporting and accounting for derivatives.
• Maintain covenant compliance schedules and provide information to lenders when due.
• Manage floating rate loans, ensure cost-effective rollover and timely interest payments.
• Keep bank mandates up to date for the group’s bank accounts.
• Forecast and monitor cash requirements to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Invest surplus cash in line with treasury policy.
