Job summary

Pinsent Masons LLP is recruiting a Treasurer for London & Regions. The role supports the full range of treasury operations, including banking administration, cashflow, funding, controls and audits, with exposure to global banking relationships and client-money processes.

You’ll work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with standard hours 9.30am-5.30pm, contributing to high-standards of financial accuracy across the international business.

Qualifications

• Three years’ treasury experience and solid banking operations knowledge.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services organisation is advantageous.
• Strong focus on financial processes, controls and authorisations with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage core banking administration including opening/closing accounts and global bank records.
• Support daily cashflow, cash pooling and overseas funding; monitor rates and bank charges.
• Arrange bank guarantees such as rent guarantees and performance bonds.
• Review treasury budgets, reconciliations and control accounts, maintaining accurate records.
• Support AML, tax reporting and audit requirements including client-monies audits.
• Coordinate payment activity including international payrolls and supplier payments.
