Kobalt Music Group is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Assistant, Treasury to join our Global Finance team in London. You will provide day‑to‑day support across AP, AR and Treasury, handling transactions, reconciliations and issue resolution in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ accounting experience, ideally in AP, AR, or treasury.
• Hands-on experience processing financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and financial controls.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational support across AP, AR and Treasury to ensure accurate processing and timely payments.
• Process and review invoices, purchase orders and other financial transactions.
• Support payment runs and ad-hoc payments, with appropriate approvals.
• Resolve queries and discrepancies; manage tickets in Freshdesk.
• Assist with treasury operations and payment execution using Kyriba.
• Maintain documentation and support cross-training within the team.
