Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Client Accounts Assistant with a strong Treasury focus to oversee bank reconciliations, payments, and daily cash activity while supporting client accounting for a portfolio of clients.

You’ll be part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA, with working knowledge of reconciliations, cash processing, and Excel. Hybrid working and a flexible benefits package are included to support the role.

Qualifications

• This role requires part-qualified or pursuing ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and cash transaction processing.
• Finance experience with multiple stakeholders and strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bank reconciliations for client funds.
• Manage payments and prepare payment runs.
• Oversee day-to-day cash and banking activity.
• Allocate cash received from tenants.
• Prepare monthly client accounts and reports.
• Prepare funding requests and reconciliations.
• Respond to financial queries from internal/external parties.
• Support client accounting and finance projects.
