Job summary

Capgemini in London seeks a Business Analyst for the Treasury workstream, focusing on data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and platform migration. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology and Business stakeholders to deliver strategic transformations in collateral and liquidity reporting.

The role is hybrid, combining Capgemini offices, client sites, and home working. Strong SQL/Python, and OTC/CSA knowledge are essential for delivering large-scale treasury initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services Treasury Operations Collateral Management or Middle Office environments.
• Strong knowledge of OTC and CCP margining IMVM processes and CSA agreements.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data analysis and reconciliation activities.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation or migration programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Business Analysis lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and handover.
• Partner with Treasury, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Analyze collateral, liquidity, and treasury data flows to support migrations, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Document requirements, specs, process maps, test cases, and UAT outcomes.
• Drive data validation, reporting, and migration activities across treasury platforms.
