Hartford Care Group is seeking a Treasury Officer to provide accurate daily visibility of cash and banking across the Group. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and ensure tight control of cash position, payments, and bank administration across multiple entities and accounts.

You will maintain the daily cash position, update forecasts, process intercompany transfers, and manage bank mandates. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of banking controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with daily cash positioning and short-term forecasting.
• Bank reconciliations across multiple entities and bank accounts.
• Ability to review transactions for anomalies and fraud risk.
• Proficiency with Excel and online banking/finance platforms.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily Group cash position and track available funds across entities.
• Update short-term cash-flow forecasts and explain variances.
• Process intercompany transfers within delegated authorities.
• Administer bank accounts, mandates, and authorisations.
• Confirm funding and payment status for supplier and payroll runs.
