NHSGGC invites applicants for a permanent Treasury/Finance role to join the Treasury Team. You will manage banking income, input ledger data, assist in reallocations, and help maintain the financial ledger in line with policies.

Based at Caledonia House in Glasgow, the full‑time, on‑site position (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday) offers a busy, supportive environment with opportunities to develop expertise in banking, cash handling, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Motivated, organised, and able to prioritise in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong IT and finance skills.
• Experience in a Treasury or Finance environment.
• Relevant NVQ3 or equivalent experience.
• Able to work to strict timelines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cheques and income for banking.
• Input income & expenditure into the ledger.
• Assist in re‑allocation of items that are temporarily posted.
• Maintain and accurately record all remittances and correspondence.
• Ensure tasks are completed within our strict timetables.
• Maintain professionalism in challenging conversations.
• Manage queries by telephone, email and ensure accurate follow‑up.
• Work collaboratively with NHS managers and finance colleagues.
