Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate field (2:1 or equivalent).
• 1–3 years’ experience in a Bank Treasury or Financial Markets environment.
• Experience executing treasury products including money market investments, repo transactions, fixed income securities, FX and interest rate derivatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and market developments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute a range of treasury products including interest rate and FX swaps, money market investments, repo transactions and fixed income securities.
• Participate in SMF operations and funding activities to support liquidity and funding strategy.
• Monitor financial markets, yield curves and macro developments; provide market intelligence and trade ideas.
• Assist in managing interest rate and FX hedging portfolios including execution and performance monitoring.
• Support liquidity and cash management across the Group; ensure efficient collateral management and compliance with risk frameworks.
• Manage the Bank’s HQLA portfolio in line with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Produce reporting, MI and portfolio analytics for senior management and governance committees.
• Develop relationships with bank counterparties, brokers and clients; support KYC and onboarding.
• Contribute to treasury projects and system enhancements to improve controls and efficiency.
