Job summary

Fordham Talent Partnership is recruiting a Senior Treasury Analyst for a regulated financial services organisation in London. You will monitor liquidity, funding and capital metrics, support forecasting and regulatory reporting, and provide analytical insights to stakeholders.

You'll work across Finance, Risk and Data teams to strengthen controls, enhance reporting capabilities and operational efficiency while developing treasury expertise and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury, finance or balance sheet management in a regulated financial services environment.
• Understanding of liquidity management, funding, cash flow forecasting and regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to prudential metrics and/or treasury risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach and willingness to own responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

An opportunity to join a growing regulated financial services organisation and play a key role in supporting treasury activity, balance sheet management and prudential reporting.

Working as part of a collaborative finance and risk environment, you'll help monitor liquidity, funding and capital metrics, contribute to forecasting and reporting, and support key stakeholders in managing the organisation's financial resources effectively.

This is a varied position offering exposure across treasury operations, regulatory reporting, balance sheet management and process improvement.

The Role

What We're Looking For
