Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Treasury Analyst with a focus on commercial performance to support our investment strategy. You will assist with budgeting, stress testing, month-end processes and modelling across Treasury, Finance and Risk.

Based in London with UK-wide flexibility, you’ll collaborate across teams to automate processes, analyze data and provide insights that influence business decisions and balance sheet resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a bank and knowledge of Treasury forecasting
• Highly analytical and forward-thinking approach
• Interest in data analysis and understanding financial impact on the bank
• Ability to articulate technical topics to diverse audiences
• Strong technical skills
• Interest in investment and capital management

Responsibilities

• Supporting and enhancing budgeting and forecasting including stress testing and model development
• Supporting month end reporting including cost analysis and reporting
• Designing ways to automate our work and leverage technology to scale with the business
• Partnering with teams internally to help them make informed business decisions
