Pilgrim's Europe is recruiting for a Full Time Traywash Operative at our Spalding site, morning shift from 04:00 to 13:30. The role includes cleaning work areas, machinery and equipment to the highest standards and contributing to production hygiene.

Training will be provided, including COSHH for safe chemical handling, with potential overtime and weekend work. You may work in a team or independently depending on allocation, with opportunities for stacker training as part of the development.

Qualifications

• COSHH training provided to handle chemicals safely.
• Previous traywash experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean work areas, machinery and equipment according to cleaning schedules.
• Maintain high hygiene standards to ensure smooth production.
• Work alone or as part of a team depending on allocation, may involve working at heights, confined spaces, and varied temperatures.

We are currently recruiting for Full Time Traywash Operative to join our Team at Spalding site.

• Monday - Friday
• 04:00am - 13:30pm
• Voluntary overtime and weekend work also available.

Successful candidate will ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times.

As Traywash Operative, you will receive COSHH training to be able to handle chemicals safely.

You will work as part of a team or on your own depending on your job allocation and duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environment, ensuring you comply with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety and Food Safety rules at all times. Your role is essential in maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring the smooth running of the production facility.

Previous experience working in Traywash will be advantageous but not essential as Full Training will be provided. In addition, successful candidate will be provided with stacker trainings.
