Job summary

TfGM Greater Manchester TravelSafe Partnership is seeking an Operations Lead to support the TravelSafe Strategy across the Bee Network. You will manage the TravelSafe contract, analyse data to spot trends, and coordinate operations with partner agencies, including the Transport Police and Crime Command.

The role includes supporting the team, engaging with communities, and aiding incident responses. This is a permanent, hybrid role with two days in the office each week.

Join the Greater Manchester TravelSafe Partnership (TSP) and help make the Bee Network one of the safest public transport networks in the world.

Reporting to the Security, Policing and Enforcement Manager, you will support the delivery of the TravelSafe Strategy across the Bee Network.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work from the office or other Bee Network locations at least two days per week. Occasional evening and weekend working will be required to support operations and incident response.

• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands and workloads.
• Be prepared to undergo police vetting to Security Clearance (SC) level.

A permanent role with a salary of £50,532 - £56,195 per annum depending on skills and experience. This role is for somebody wanting to make a real contribution to public safety. Through this role you will gain experience and development opportunities within our TravelSafe and Resilience Team.
