Job summary

TUI Musement in the United Kingdom is seeking a Social Media and Content Intern to help bring inspiring travel stories to life across our social channels. You’ll work within a fast-paced, international team on content calendars, video ideas and platform-native posts.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut and other creator tools, while developing skills in community engagement, content planning and performance insights in a real marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Create, adapt and publish platform-native content across social channels.
• Support development of short-form videos, social copy, and visuals.
• Coordinate content requests and publishing workflows with internal teams and creators.
• Monitor comments and audience interactions to strengthen community engagement.
• Share insights on trends and audience behavior to shape future content planning.
• Assist with sourcing user-generated content and managing asset libraries.
• Support social listening, performance reporting and content analysis.
