Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment in East Sussex is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to attract new customers, build strong relationships, promote travel packages, and hit sales targets through outbound calls and meetings.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales, with hybrid working arrangements and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service to our travel clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or tele-sales.
• Ability to build relationships and manage client needs.
• Understanding of itineraries and travel products.

Responsibilities

• Carry out outbound calls to reach decision makers and generate pipeline enquiries.
• Use full sales method mix including lead generation, meetings, calls, proposals and quotes.
• Manage calls and webchat and route to Account Manager; support sales team admin.
• Identify up-sell opportunities for all products.
• Provide excellent customer service and update CRM notes.
• Develop product knowledge through training and apply it.
• Cover for Account Manager regions during annual leave.
